WATER OUTAGE UPDATE : 07h45 Affected Estates: [ ] Amberfield Manor, [ ] Amberfield Gardens [ ] Amberfield Ridge Action Taken Today: Four technical teams are on the ground this morning to identify and resolve the root cause of this outage. They are systematically inspecting the entire supply network, scouring lines from the primary reservoir right down to individual household meters. Current Situation: Repairs made over the weekend—including fixing known leaks and adjusting line pressure—failed to restore flow, indicating a deeper underlying issue than standard pipe damage. Escalation & Oversight: Because the Regional Team has been unable to resolve the issue, command has been handed over to the Central Department. Both the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Head of Water Business have been directly briefed. It is an "all hands on deck" priority this morning, and every available resource is being directed to get supply restored as quickly as possible. Further updates will follow.
