You're welcome Taurus. It's scary that the SAPS don't always respond. It could be something serious like a person killing someone and they just don't come. It's sóóó little times that I see police vehicles by us. Honestly; I don't feel safe anymore. My Mom is 82 and she doesn't like to be confined to the flat, but what can I do. It's not safe to walk outside anymore. You heard what I told you that when that guy was kicking that poor lady and the crowd standing around them but no one did anything accept for telling the guy to fight, fight, fight. What if I and my elderly mother walk outside and someone get hold of us and fights with us....will the same happen that a crowd will form and people will say...fight, fight, fight.... no police, no help..accept for maybe your life...who will be responsible then?
