Noise complaint: there is a block of flats on the corner of Lennoxley Road and Walworth Road. The first flat on the upper floor has a blue and white striped awning. Two dogs are constantly being left on the balcony and bark all day long. To say it's annoying is an understatement! Please control your barking dogs or I will report you and have them removed😡
